Mark my words it will be a cold day in hell before people like me let people like you have any say in the club and try to turn it to the mainstream public.....
The likes of you sabotaged the club for 2 years with trying to de-Croatianise the club, you failed miserably. Drove the normal fans away with whores as sponsors, with shameful club shirts and with no communication with the community. Was this getting rid of tunnel vision?

Now the clubs board has preached a more Croatian, more old school way of running the club and this is a time where people should get behind this club who offered the community so so much in years gone by.

First of all 'sabotage' is a dirty word...I never wanted to sabotage anything lets make that clear. What my idea was is to get people comming to our club, respecting us as a soccer club in australia and paying dollars for it to improve stablitiy, to improve standards overall, and more importantly follow and love the club. Your ideas my friend is in the past. We've gone through independence for our country and battling 'big name' australian clubs and players, but what melbourne croatia stand for was different. We put money into a club because on paper there was no croatia and we were not recognised as a tribe, we were shackled by yugoslav loyalists all over the world and we were fighting it, and melbourne croatia was that symbol it was a very important symbol. But if you want to make the club more croatian, i dont have nothing against that pal. Im more then happy to see one of my petigree cousins which i have 10 of them playing junior soccer today, under my own family name and someday hopefully all playing for the knights and you following them, and believe me three of them will be good enought in the next 3-5 years....The thing is Kova, those kids, not just my little apprentices but others wont just get out of the way to say 'mum, dad, lets go watch knights', thats in the past, when we were growing up...nowdays its 'mum, dad, lets go watch victory or heart'. and you know what? they'll be jumping up and down for them....unfortunently...Unless you have a recruitment idea for your banner makers in the next 10 years. i like your loyalty and i respect it aswell, and i have nothing against in what you do, but there are other things to think about if you want a club to be running strong...thats why my friend i told you now, hopefully you'll realise it. If not that, Boro might have a room in his bungelo up in lika he might charge you 5 kunas a night, maybe there you can clean up the old communist cunts still in our croatian parliments....
